Treat yourself in the morning with this recipe! Perfectly easy to prepare, these overnight oats will keep you energized and satisfied all day long.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brewed Kamana coffee (check out our How to Brew page for more info)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Cocoa powder to top
DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the yogurt and cocoa
powder.
Layer a glass with the oat mixture and Greek yogurt.
Top with cocoa powder.
Place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy the next morning!
