How to make mesquite using a French Press
WHAT YOU NEED:
10-14g | 2T Mesquite
Per 8oz cup
DIRECTIONS:
Depending on desired strength, put 2 tablespoons of grounds into the French Press. Pour 8oz of hot water over and let steep for 3 minutes. Plunge and serve.

- 2 Tbsp Mesquite
- 8oz Water

Add 2 tablespoons of mesquite to the French press, based on your desired strength and serving size.

Pour 8oz of hot water over the mesquite grounds, saturating them evenly.

Place the lid on the French press without pressing down the plunger. Let it steep for about 3 minutes.

Slowly press down the plunger to separate the mesquite grounds from the liquid.

Pour into your cup, and enjoy!
Other ways to make mesquite

Fill portafilter with 1.5 tblsp of grounds (roughly 3/4 full). Do not tamp. Extract espresso like normal.
